Class fee covers four sessions. See details below.

From the designer, Jacqueline Cieslak, “Rift cracks open all your assumptions about what a “basic tee” pattern should be. This lightweight, bottom-up knit includes instructions for two necklines, optional bust darts, and a custom fit bicep. The design features a slightly cropped body and a split high-low hem in twisted rib, giving it enough detailing to be interesting while maintaining a timeless simplicity.”

While timeless in its simplicity, there are many skills to learn!

We will cover every technique and option this pattern has to offer.

  • Learn how to pick the right size
  • Modifying length of body and sleeves
  • The importance of a blocked swatch
  • German short rows
  • Twisted stitches
  • Picking up stitches
  • Three-needle bind-off

Intermediate Skill Level: must be able to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, work basic stitch patterns with combinations of knits and purls, simple increases/decreases, and follow written instructions.

Class meets on Tuesdays, July 5, 19, August 2, 16 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm (Eastern).
