Love Note Sweater

Description

Love Note is a top down, circular yoke, cropped pullover designed by Tincanknits.

This lovely sweater can be knit using laceweight mohair and a fingering weight yarn held together or a sport/dk weight yarn worked alone.

Enjoy the flexibility of a top down sweater: no seams and you can try it on as you knit and modify the length of the sleeves or body.

The sizes range from 0-6 mo (6-12 mo, 1-2 yrs, 2-4 yrs, 4-6 yrs, 6-8 yrs, 8-10 yrs, Adult XS, S, M, L, XL-XXL, 3XL-4XL, 5XL)!!! (You could knit a tiny one to learn the skills then cast on for your own.)

We will cover every technique and option this pattern has to offer.

• Provisional cast on.
• Knit lace from a chart (written directions are included).
• Short rows.
• Modifying sleeves and/or body length

Intermediate Skill Level: must be able to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, work a variety of stitch patterns with combinations of knits and purls, and basic lace.

Class meets on Tuesdays, September 12, 19, October 10, November 7, 21 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.*

*Live recording of class is available for purchase if you can’t attend in real time. When registering, please leave me a note if you’re purchasing the recording (you’ll receive all the same information as the attendees).
