Come and crochet a Woobles amigurumi creature. Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures.
Besides being ridiculously cute, everything you need is in the bag: pattern, hook, yarn, notions. It’s even started for you! These Woobles will delight the child in you (and actual children).
In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Hold a crochet hook and tension your yarn.
- Identify and count stitches.
- Read a crochet pattern.
- Work a single crochet, increase stitches, and decrease stitches.
- Use a stitch marker.
- Finishing
Skill Level: Basic skills preferred (chain, single crochet).
Kit (not included in class fee): Woobles by Justine T. are available at Knit or Knot Yarns. Everything you need is included in the kit.
