Sara is working on a bulky cable sweater for her husband. (This is only her third project). She learned last summer when she was pregnant and made a beautiful baby sweater, followed by a stroller blanket working two strands of yarn at a time. I love how Sara jumps in with new projects and stays focused and challenges herself. Next, something for herself!!!
Michelle was in the home stretch of the seed stitch cardigan during Friday’s stitch and chat. Since Friday she has completed the pieces and is ready to sew it up!! She’s done a gauge swatch for a pair of socks using Regia Silk Color.I’m working on a pair of socks in the same yarn. Recently I saw Colinette’s new sock yarn, Jitterbug.
Colinette carries yarns and textures in the most amazing color range. It’s taking all my self control not to buy a skein until I knit through some of my current sock yarn stash.
